I really wish I had done it two and a half years ago, because I could have saved myself an immense amount of pain. I have no pain now.

Accuracy Matters

The difference between 1-3 millimeters or 1-3 degrees is often the difference between a GOOD or a BAD outcome.

Why choose us

Kinomatic Benefits

Smarter Surgery

Kinomatic VR helps your surgeon plan a procedure that is minimally invasive and modeled to your exact anatomy. Every single groove and ridge of bone and every ligament are mapped and factored into the operation, in some cases reducing the amount of bone resection that might otherwise occur through traditional surgery.

More Accurate

During a joint replacement, surgeons only have a couple of inches through which to see their patient's anatomy. Kinomatic VR is able to show the patient's anatomy in an entirely new way allowing for higher degrees of familiarity and accuracy in the operating room.

A Natural Fit

Kinomatic VR allows your surgeon to determine your natural biomechanical alignment. The result is a knee, hip, or shoulder that feels so natural you’ll forget you ever had surgery.

Consultation with your surgeon

During your consultation your surgeon will determine if you’re a canidate for Kinomatic VR.

CT scan

Quick 10 minute CT scan of your affected body part. The radiology facility will send the CT scan to our team of engineers.

VR modeling

Our team of engineers will develop an exact 3D replica of your joint. After reviewing your model your surgeon will start planning out your surgery.

Custom Surgical Plan

Our surgeon will develop a custom surgical template and detailed surgical plan based on your anatomy, the size of your bone, the alignment of your joint, the quality of your ligaments and tendons, and your pathology (how you wore out the joint). Next your surgeon will recreate your natural biomechanical alignment, and correct for any mal-alignment.

Surgery

The day of surgery your surgeon will review your model and reference the surgical plan in the operating room. Most cases can be done out-patient, and you can return home a few hours after surgery.

Do what you want.

Enjoy the benefits of receiving a surgery designed specifically for your own body; results so natural, you'll be ready to jump back into all of your favorite activites.

A total shoulder replacement involves removing the damaged ball-and-socket joint and replacing it with similarly shaped prosthetics to restore range of motion and strength to the shoulder. Shoulder replacements are considered to be as safe as hip and knee replacement surgeries, and are considered to be exceptionally effective at eliminating severe joint pain that has not responded to other, conventional treatments.
